The mythic-plus dungeons in Battle for Azeroth are something that the community likes to do between raids, world quests, and other activities. It is important to cut as well in the individual instances, either to rise in the rankings or to get better loot. As well as the stages, the corresponding dungeon plays a role in the runs, which are selected completely randomly.It is determined by the key stone, which is activated at the beginning. You'll get such a key in the weekly reward box if you've done a mythic-plus instance the week before. The Keystone, the following week, will always be one step below what you played in the past week.
Alternatively, you get your first stone when you play a mythic instance.It will always have Level 2 if you have never owned a Keystone before. All this will do is speedup the process. I rarely take players that don't have gold under their name, I only wish to God, that it would show Waves and not just end at Gold. This service is so popular, that two different companies compete for providing it. I see a lot of bad players on alts, and I don't care to waste my time with them. Time and effort, not just one or the other, but both. I'll even start a run, and if a guy isn't cutting it,I'll just call full stop on the run.

This is NOT a good thing. When used properly, just like if people properly used gearscore, could be a good thing. This is in practice only really an automisation of a currently manual process. Because it is a score based across all dungeons.rThere are several cancerous dungeons many people do not run. Not running them signficantly decreases your avg.
