I've got a couple to share myself, starting with:. #1: Dark Times II - The Rising SonLink:Rising Son is probably the best overall and complete mod for Battlefront 2 out there that I know of. It adds a new era to all stock maps called the Dark Times, and adds several fun new maps, including Dantooine, Fest, Raxus Prime, and Corellia, along with a set of new units for the new era and multiple heroes, including Rahm Kota, Shaak Ti, and adds a new map with space heroes like Han Solo and Boba Fett. It's a really fun mod and the maps are solid, so I would recommend this one till the cows come home.
#2: Bespin PlatformsDownload Link:This map really needs no introduction if you have played the first Battlefront. I have a lot of memories trying to take the central bridge on this map, and now throw in Magnaguards, Bothans, Clones with Chain Guns, and Playable Heroes and it's everything we've ever wanted with this map. BF2 didn't let us use Starfighters in atmosphere, so this is just another great map to have. #3: Geonosis - Attack of the ClonesLink:Ever since downloading this map, it's probably my most played one on Battlefront 2. We Battlefront fans have always hankered for a large-scale battle the likes of which we've seen on Geonosis, and now we can have something pretty close. This map is massive, so thankfully all unit stamina has been increased and some vehicles can move pretty fast.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 2005 Mods Maps
This map adds a bunch of units to both sides. As the Republic, you can fight as regular Clones, ARC Troopers, Clone Commandos, or Mace Windu, and as the Separatists, you have plenty of Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids, Geonosians, Grievious, and Count Dooku to play as. Several vehicles are on this map, including LAAT Gunships, TX-130 Fighter Tanks, AT-TE Walkers, STAPS, AATs, Hailfire Droids, Enforcer Tanks, Homing Spider Droids, the little Spider Walkers, Geonosian Starfighters, and Vulture Droids. It's a fun map, but huge, and thanks to the 2,000 reinforcements on both sides you will be fighting for quite a while.If you know of any good mods or maps, please share them.
