Thanks for the reply. Here's what I've done so far.The machine came pre-loaded from Dell with Windows Vista Home Basic.I loaded Office Home and Student 2007. Word / Excel / PowerPoint work fine. When I clicked on 'view photos using Office Picture Manager,' it asks for the product key.Upon entering the product key, it replies 'key not valid' and drops me out of the Picture Manager program.I later loaded Windows Vista Home Premium upgrade, with no problems (much better than Home Basic, by the way). Checking the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic tool, my Home Premium checks out.Again, the issue is with Office Picture Manager - for whatever reason, that's the one program that I can't get to work. Please advise, thanks!
